Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can get busy and things can come up at the last minute, however to ensure that clients don’t miss out we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all appointment cancellations or changes.

We will send appointment reminders via text message with 72hours notice, in advance of your appointment date and try our absolute best to confirm your appointment times well in advance to help you avoid any cancellation fees.

No show or failure to provide us with more than 24hours notice for an appointment change will result in a $50 cancellation fee being charged.

We ask that you please arrive promptly for your appointments. If you are running late, a phone call would be appreciated. Your treatment time may need to be altered in order to compensate for our change in schedule. Cancellation fees are applicable if you miss your appointment entirely or arrive too late to progress with your appointment. To make the most of your time with us, we kindly request that your mobile phone is either turned off or switched to silent.


Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, non-refundable and non-transferable to third party.

Our Gift Certificates may be used on any service or product. However, they cannot be used with our Sub Contractors Nurse Stacey & Laser Deb.

They must be presented at time of treatment to be valid – we are unable to honor lost or stolen vouchers.

Please treat Gift Certificates as cash.

Gift Certificates can be purchased in the Medispa, Over the phone for local delivery & online as a E Gift Card. Clients who do not show or cancel their treatment within 24hrs will forfeit their or the total of the treatment value.


Treatment packages

Our Treatment Packages are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and are not redeemable after this time.

They are not redeemable for cash under any circumstance, non-refundable and non-transferable to third party.



All of our retail products are provided by an authentic Australian supplier. They are regularly changing on our shelves, so the expiry date is well ahead. We will prescribe a product that is most suitable to your skin type and needs. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.


Children in Medispa

We love children, and we hope you understand that for their safety and for The Medispa experience of other guests, children and babies are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment unless cared for by another adult while you have your treatment.
